I found their prices to be very reasonable and the item was delivered really
quickly.

competition is more expensive and had less features so I
opted for this model. Well worth every penny. Guido.

new bike. The price looked good and the reviews convinced me to
give it a try. I am so pleased that I did. The product works well,
easy to set up and is well made. 5 stars Texas.

5/5 Although this is meant for bicycles I’ve been using this
little thing as a speedo for one of motorbikes, and I
have to say it performed admirably. The speedometer
updates quickly, accurately and is easily visible.

The GPS Tracking is very good. Once you’ve downloaded the
software from Veloset and Google you’re ready to go. I
found this particularly handy when I was showing people
where motorbike tests were being held and which routes
were being used. I could see this little feature being
really useful for mountain bikers showing like-minded
people routes off the beaten track.
One little feature that works really well is the night
light. It’s something that you’d think you wouldn’t need
until it pops on automatically in the shade. It makes
everything quite viable.
Over all this little gizmo if full of things you didn’t
really think you needed until you started using them.

I’ve been running this for at least 2 months day and
night, rain and shine. It hasn’t missed a beat and the
battery life is excellent.

You might say most of these features you can get free on
your smart phone. I’d say yes, true. BUT… I don’t know of
any smart phones that can bounce down the road and into a
puddle, shake it off and carry on working without a hitch.
Pros:
Light weight
Easily visible
Water resistant
Loads of features
relatively cheap
Easy to mount
Cons:
PC Software isn’t as intuitive as it could be.
The user Interface on the cycle computer isn’t touch screen.
The cycle computer interface can lag sometimes and be a
little too sensitive as well.
I can see the USB cover for it snapping in the future as
it seems a little flimsy.

The cons are just minor gripes… This gizmo is thoroughly
recommended.

4/5 I bought this item about a month ago and am very pleased with it. It is

very easy to set up and the instructions on how to use it are very

simple to follow. It is a basic cycle computer that suits my cycling

needs. I've compared it with a Cateye wireless and the readings are

very accurate. A good bit of kit for the money. Nick H.

visible
screen which is better than the vs212. would recommend

4/5 Pleased with my purchase, especially as the price is good, it records
everything I need, the supplied SW is good, but needs slightly
better documentation as I had trouble with it initially showing the
data, as you need to click 'all' and the with google earth ad you
need to convert the data first using a different icon. Also the device
itself is not finger touch sensitive, so if you have it in pocket it may
well scroll thru the menu and delete data. Since then I have mounted
it on my bike and no problem Anonymous.

4/5 excellent product for price and great training aid.
would like to use it for racing however not the quickest
to setup with no start/pause button.
it does give great review of route and speeds.
summary
pros=gps,value,accurate and great training aid
cons=slow setup,average speed wrong,

NOTE FROM VELOSET – Average speed is based on the waypoint interval – ensure the autolog level interval is set to 1 second to ensure that the software calculation is right. woz.
