Estimated Delivery & Despatch Dates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched from UKET. Estimated dispatch & arrival dates are based on several factors, including your destination address. Most products are depatched in 1-2 days, or if you have pre-ordered an item we will let you know the approximate delivery time as soon as we can.

All Items are usually posted the same day if payment is received before 3.30pm (weekend purchases will be dispatched on Monday am or Tuesday if its a UK Bank Holiday) Please contact us before placing an order if you have any special delivery requirements, such as urgent Special Delivery or courier services. Or please leave us a message with your order.

Delivery Problems

Orders sent from UKET can be delivered by a number of postal carriers. High value orders which have been sent to a personal address will require a signature on delivery so please take this into account when selecting a delivery address.

Many of our carriers will make several attempts to deliver a package and should always leave a card to notify you that a delivery attempt has been made along with details of how you can contact them to rearrange delivery.If a package is deemed to be undeliverable it may be held at your local postal sorting / colelctions office, so please check with them. We do send items by signed / recorded delivery so we can always provide you with tracking details if you need them.

Always look out for your package within 1-2 days of ordering, we dont hang around. Unfortunatley Royal mail do suggest to allow upto 7 days particularly in busy periods (holidays/christmas) etc.
