If you would like to return goods that you bought through this shop please ensure that the item is returned with our returns form.

All orders placed are subject to your rights of cancellation pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, except in respect of supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if you have unsealed their packaging. Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery'.

If you would like to return your item, having received it and changed your mind for whatever reason, please arrange for it to be returned in an as new condition (as it arrived with you), ensuring that no packaging is damaged.  All items returned to UKET must be handled with a duty of care by the customer during the cancellation period. You may exercise this right either by writing, e-mailing or telephoning UKET Ltd or using facsimile transmission. In each case you must return your item with the uket returns form completed.

Following receipt of your item and form we will contact you to process your return. Please note that the cost of sending the goods back to us where you wish to cancel for reasons which are not due to product performance or description will be payable by you, initial postal costs incurred by UKET will be deducted from the original purchase cost where a refund is requested, no administration or re-stocking fee will be charged for this. Your return P&P charges will not be refunded save for in circumstances where the goods are deemed to have been defective, where UKET will refund you the full amount to 1st class recorded delivery only.
