Top marks for UK-ET; first class service, would recommend! Recorder purchased to record lectures, which it does admirably. The manual on the CD appears to be identical to the downloadable one and is an improvement, but still with faults and errors!
We still have not succeeded in setting the time & date stamp. Built-in speaker is a bit 'tinny' but understandable for the size of the voice recorder; reproduction via earphones and downloaded to computer much better.
Product good, literature need improvement, hence the 4/5 star rating!"

"I odered 3 x Ultradisk 560 hour voice recorder dictaphone 2gb mp3 fm radio for my department. The ordering process was easy and I received the products within 2-3 days, usually I'm waiting a week when ordering from other sellers. The products were packaged individually and then packaged up again. What great service!!!

He is really pleased with its performance in recording both lectures and interviews, and the ease of transferring to his palmtop. He's als o used it to record timetables etc. Its small size makes it inconspicuous, particularly useful with nervous interviewees.
